Charging the $25 for the Public Patron Nonresident Card in Voyager 

 Sometimes we have patrons who do not meet our criteria for a public patron card because they do not a) live or work in Pasadena or b) do not attend a school with which we have a borrowing agreement. In this case, they must pay $25.00 per year to obtain a library card. They will need to complete a public patron registration card and will receive an orange card. You will need to create a patron record in Voyager before you can charge them and record the transaction in the system. Please see Public Patron Registration for instructions on how to add new patrons to Voyager. Once you have added the person to the system, follow the steps below in order to charge them the $25.00 in Voyager.
